1. Introduction
1.1 this user service agreement (hereafter referred to as"This agreement") is entered into between ReelFlow (hereafter referred to as"We") and the users of the ReelFlow service (hereafter referred to as"Users" or"You") . The purpose of this agreement is to clarify the rights and obligations of both parties to ensure that the legitimate rights and interests of users are protected when using ReelFlow services.
1.2 by registering, logging in, or otherwise using the ReelFlow service, you confirm that you have read, understand, and agree to accept all terms and conditions of this agreement. If you do not agree to any of the terms of this agreement, please do not use the ReelFlow service.
1.3 We Reserve the right to amend this agreement at any time. Any changes will be published on the ReelFlow platform and notified to users by e-mail or other means. If you continue to use the ReelFlow service after the change, you will be considered to have accepted the modified protocol.
2. Service content

2.1.1 reelflow provides time management and task planning services to help users manage their personal and work affairs efficiently.
2.1.2 users can create, edit, delete, and manage task lists, set priorities, and set reminders through ReelFlow.
2.1.3 reelflow supports customization, allowing users to select background images for tasks and create their own task management interface.

2.2.1 ReelFlow may provide data analysis and reporting capabilities to help users better understand their time use.
2.2.2 reelflow may provide integration services with other applications to enhance the user experience.
3. User Accounts
3.1 account registration
3.1.1 users must provide a valid e-mail address and password to register for a ReelFlow account.
3.1.2 users should ensure the sourcing circumstances and completeness of registration and keep any changes up to date.
3.2 account security
3.2.1 users have a responsibility to protect their account login information from unauthorized access.
3.2.2 if a user discovers that his account has been used without authorization, he shall immediately notify US and take steps to protect his account.
3.3 account management
3.3.1 users can manage their account information at any time through the ReelFlow platform, including updating personal information and changing passwords.
3.3.2 a user may delete his or her account at any time and all data associated with that account will be permanently deleted.
4. Rules of use
4.1 lawful
4.1.1 users must have lawful access to the ReelFlow service and must not use the ReelFlow service to engage in any illegal or unethical activity.
4.1.2 users shall not use ReelFlow services to disseminate any illegal, harmful, threatening, insulting, harassing, infringing, false or misleading content.
4.2 intellectual property
4.2. All content on the ReelFlow platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilation and software, all are our exclusive property and protected by Chinese and international copyright law.
4.2.2 users shall not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell or resell the ReelFlow service or any part thereof, except with our express written permission.
4.3 user content
4.3.1 users have title to the content they publish or upload on the ReelFlow platform, but users grant us non-exclusive, Global, perpetual, royalty-free licenses, to use, copy, modify, distribute, and present this content to provide and improve the ReelFlow service.
4.3.2 users guarantee that the content they publish or upload does not infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of any third party.
5. Service charge
5.1 free services
5.1.1 reelflow is a partially free service that allows users to sign up for free.
Change and termination of service
6.1 service changes
6.1.1 we reserve the right to modify, suspend or terminate the ReelFlow service or any part thereof at any time without prior notice to the user.
6.1.2 any service changes will be published on the ReelFlow platform and notified to users by e-mail or other means.
6.2 termination of service
6.2.1 if the user violates any of the terms of this agreement, we have the right to terminate the user's account and access rights without prior notice.
6.2.2 users can terminate their account at any time through the ReelFlow platform and upon termination all data associated with that account will be permanently deleted.
7. Disclaimer
7.1"As is" provision of services
7.1.1 reelflow services are provided"As is" and we do not guarantee continuity, timeliness, security or error-free services.
7.1.2 we do not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of the results or outputs of the ReelFlow service used by our users.
7.2 limitation of liability
7.2.1 in any event, neither we nor our associated parties, directors, officers, employees or agents are liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of the use or inability to use ReelFlow services, even though we have been told of the possibility of such damage.
7.2.2 our maximum liability to any user shall not exceed the total amount of fees paid to us within 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the liability.
8. Dispute Settlement
8.1 applicable law
8.1.1 the interpretation and application of this agreement and the settlement of any disputes shall be governed by law and not subject to any conflict of laws principles.
8.2 mode of dispute settlement
8.2.1 any dispute arising out of this agreement shall first be settled through friendly negotiations. If negotiations fail, either party may submit the dispute to the competent People's Court in our jurisdiction.
